Kick Off Summer BBQ on June 12!

We are excited to announce that the barbecues on the quad are back this summer! The first BBQ will be June 12, 2019 from 11:30am – 1:30pm with a themed menu of South of the Border. Musical guest will be DJ Kris Koch!

Each meal will be $8.50 for one protein, sides, iced tea, lemonade, ice water, ice cream and an extra protein can be purchased for $3.50. Ice cream only will be $2 and bottled water or a can of soda can be purchased for $1.50.

The menu for June 12 will include:

  • Salads
    tomato, cucumber and red onion salad – avocado dressing
    spiced black beans and queso blanco romaine salad- cilantro ranch dressing
  • Hot Dishes
    spiced chili corn
    charro beans
  • On The BBQ
    grilled chicken
    grilled flat iron steak
    black bean chipotle burger
  • Condiment Station
    pico de gallo, cilantro ranch, fire roasted tomato & chili salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce & tortilla chips
  • Dessert
    assorted ice cream novelties

BBQ location will be in front of Tomlinson Hall on the main Case Quad with a rain site location of inside Tomlinson Marketplace.
